Justin Branson did an incredible job representing us in buying our first home. As first-time home-buyers we had a lot of questions. He would always take the time to answer our questions in detail, in a way that we understood. There were no stupid questions we could ask and he had answers for everything. He was very patient and personable; he also was always accessible, returning phone calls, emails, or text messages. While we had to sign all of the final documents at closing in person, we were able to sign the rest of the contracts electronically, which we thought was incredibly convenient. He had no problem adjusting to meet us when it fit our busy schedule, and we really appreciated that flexibility. Justin also set up every appointment (with lenders, inspectors, etc.) we needed and did so at our convenience. Even when we ended up having to change times at short notice, he was able to accommodate us and did so with a smile. 
As we looked at different houses Justin was very knowledgeable about the property and gave his honest opinion about the quality. When searching for a lender, Justin referred us to one that we ended up using and couldn't have been happier with them. He is incredibly well-connected with a group of people (lenders, inspectors, etc.) that we felt like could truly be trusted. Justin really took out all of the stresses of being a first time home buyer, and will definitely be representing us again in the future.
